NAILS BB (“we,” “us”) is a nail salon at 1720 Clark Ave, Long Beach, CA 90815. This policy explains what we do with information when you visit nailsbb.com or interact with us on Instagram (@nailsbb.longbeach).
Our website
nailsbb.com does not have forms, accounts or online booking, and does not ask for your personal information. Bookings are made by phone.
Instagram comments and messages
We use a business tool connected to Instagram (through Meta’s official Instagram API) to read and reply to comments and direct messages sent to @nailsbb.longbeach. When you comment on our posts or message us, we receive what Instagram shares: your Instagram username, your message, and the post you commented on.
We use this only to answer your questions, help you book, and follow up on your visit. Replies may be drafted with the help of an AI assistant and are handled under our salon’s rules.
Who else handles it
Your messages pass through Meta (Instagram), our AI assistant provider (Anthropic) and our network provider (Cloudflare), only to deliver and answer them. We never sell or rent your information, and we never use it for outside advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep comment and message records only as long as needed to help you, and no longer than 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Delete your information
To ask us to delete any information we have from your Instagram comments or messages, email info@nailsbb.com with the subject “Delete my data” and your Instagram username, or call (562) 588-9353. We’ll confirm within 30 days.
You can also remove our app’s access at any time in Instagram: Settings › Apps and websites.
Children
Our services and this tool are not directed to children under 13.
